BayBridge Seniors Housing (“BayBridge”, “us”, “we” or “our”) is an investee company of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“OTPP”), the largest single-profession pension plan in Canada with $96.4 billion in net assets. We are dedicated to investing in the seniors housing industry across North America. We are focused on private pay Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities located in both Canada and the U.S. and, to a lesser extent, Long Term Care facilities in Canada. Presently, we are not focused on Skilled Nursing facilities, large scale Continuing Care Retirement Communities (larger than 350 suites) or high rise senior apartments.

We are executing our strategy by building strong relationships with high caliber local and regional operators. We anticipate being a valuable partner to existing operators by providing both liquidity, through an equity interest purchase, and also growth capital to pursue new acquisitions and joint development opportunities.
